He volunteers to pay a cost of Rs.2,000/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay.

2) Subject to the applicant depositing the aforesaid cost to the Kirtikar Law Library, issue fresh notice to the Respondent, returnable on 26 September, 2025.
