Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that in the 4th line of paragraph 3 of the aforesaid Order, it has been inadvertently typed as "....498A of the Indian Penal Code before Koinad Police Station, Alibaug." instead "....85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 before Poynad Police Station, Alibaug.".

Accordingly, the Order dated 15.10.2025, shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is. 5.

The praecipe stands disposed of accordingly.
