After this matter was argued for some time, the respondent who is appearing in person has fairly given his consent to transfer this proceeding from the Family Court at Bandra to the Family Court at Pune.

In view of the same, the Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2.1 The proceedings of Marriage Petition No.A-3479 of 2022 pending before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai be transferred to the Family Court at Pune within a period of four weeks from today. 3.

The hearing of the said Petition is hereby expedited.

The respondent, husband is permitted to attend the proceedings before the Family Court at Pune through video conferencing and whenever learned Judge of the Family Court at Pune is of the view that physical presence of the respondent, husband is required, the respondent, husband would attend the hearing physically before learned Judge of the Family Court at Pune. 5.

Both the parties hereby undertake to this Court that they will cooperate with learned Judge of the Family Court at Pune for expeditious hearing of the Petition and would not seek unnecessary adjournments.
