DATE : 19th SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) By this application, the husband is seeking transfer of divorce proceeding filed by him before the CJSD, Pune to Family Court, Pune, where the wife has filed a proceeding for restitution of conjugal rights. So also, a further application is made to transfer the domestic violence proceeding filed by the wife before the JMFC, Pune to Family Court, Pune.

2) Due to non-supply of copy of the application to the Registry, the respondent could not be served.

3) Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 08.10.2025. 4) Apart from the Court notice, the applicants are permitted to serve respondent by the advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file an affidavit of service before next date of hearing.
