The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent fairly made submission that in order to show his bona fide, the Respondent husband would deposit a substantial amount directly in the bank account of the Applicant wife towards the expenses of minor son 'Nidhir' within a period of one week from today. 1.1) Both the learned Advocates on instructions from their clients have submitted that the issue between the parties can be referred to a trained mediator, so as to resolve the issue.
