2) The advocate for the applicant has filed affidavit of service which shows that the respondent has been served by speed post.

3) By the present proceeding, the applicant is seeking transfer of the husband's DV proceeding filed before the Family Court, Pune to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasai, District Palghar. The distance between Vasai and Pune is around 200 kms. The applicant is a home-maker and after marital discord, she is residing with her

KVM 2/2 22 - MCA 343 OF 2025.doc parents at Virar, District Palghar. The husband is a businessman and is residing at Pune. It will be inconvenient for the applicant-wife to travel 200 kms to Pune to attend the court proceedings and return back on the same day. Therefore, the divorce proceedings filed by the husband be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasai, District Palghar.

4) In order to permit the respondent to attend the court proceeding, stand over to 8 December, 2025.

5) Ad-interim relief granted earlier, to continue till the next date of the hearing.
