KVM 2/2 13 & 31 - MCA 383 & 346 OF 2025.doc reads as under :- (a) The Hindu Marriage Petition bearing No. A-1068 of 2025 filed by the Respondent-husband under Section 13(1) (i) (i-a) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 read with Section 7(1)(a) of Family Court at 1984 filed in the Hon'ble Bandra Family Court at Mumbai be transferred to the Hon'ble Family Court at Belapur. (b) That the P. W. D. V. Application No: 240 of 2024 preferred by the Respondent wife against the present Respondent and his family members under Sections 12(1), 18, 19(a) (b) (c) (d) (e) (f), 20(1), 22 & 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2015 in the Court of Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate First Class at Ulhasnagar be transferred to the Hon'ble Family Court at Belapur. (c) Upon transfer, both the abovementioned matters i.e. the Petition No.

A-1068 of 2025 (for divorce), filed by the Respondent husband before the Family Court, and P.W.D.V. Application No. 240 of 2024, filed by the Applicant wife before the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate First Class at Ulhasnagar, they be tagged together with the already pending M.J. Petition No. A-170 of 2025, filed by the Applicant wife in the Belapur Family Court and be heard jointly. 3) Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 346 of 2025 on instructions, is disposed off as not pressed. 4) Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
