This is a transfer Application filed by the Applicant, wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of the Nullity Petition filed by the husband before the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court, Nashik. 2.

After the matter was argued for some time, both the learned Counsel, on instructions of their clients fairly state that the present Application can be allowed, if the D. V. proceedings filed by the wife is also tagged along with the Nullity Petition and be heard be by one and the same learned Judge.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed with the following directions.

MCA 347-2025.doc O R D E R (i) The learned Judge, Family Court, Pune is hereby directed to transfer the Nullity Petition, being Petition (A) No. 940 of 2025 to the Family Court, Nashik within a period of four weeks from today; (ii) The learned CJSD, Nashik is hereby directed to transfer the divorcee proceedings, being PWDVA No. 101 of 2025 to the Family Court, Nashik and to be heard along with Petition (A) No. 940 of 2025, by one and the same learned Judge;

(iii) Both the parties agree that they will co-operate with the hearing of the proceedings and will not take unnecessary adjournments; (iv) Both the parties are allowed to appear in the proceeding through VC mode before the Family Court, Nashik and whenever the learned Judge is of the opinion that both the parties need to appear in person, they will have to appear in person before the Family Court, Nashik.
