Urgent praecipe is moved by the learned counsel for the Applicant for speaking to minutes of order dated 09.03.2026. It is contended that there is error in paragraph 10 thereof, in the prayer clause granted. 2.

The prayer clause stated in the order is as per the Application. Apparently, in the prayer clause written in application, district is wrongly mentioned as 'Sangli' instead of 'Satara'. As such, there is no mistake in the order and it is clear that what is prayed on behalf of the Applicant, has been granted.

The litigant has entrusted the matter to the advocate, who has committed mistake while drafting the prayer. However, the litigant should not suffer for the same. Therefore the Court is ordering appropriate correction. Shailaja

Accordingly, paragraph 10 of the order be substituted as follows : "The Application is accordingly allowed by directing that Marriage Petition No.142 of 2024 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gadhinglaj be transferred to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad, District - Satara." 5.

Order be corrected accordingly and uploaded. Praecipe is disposed of in above terms.
