In the present proceedings, the Applicant - wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the Petition filed by husband under Section 29(3) of the Mohammedan Law (for restitution of conjugal rights).

Office remarks show that the Respondent has been duly served. However, though served, none appears for the Respondent. 3.

Stand over to 12.12.2025.

In the meantime, till the next date, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (B).
