The MCA No. 354 of 2025 has been filed by the Applicant, wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of the Respondent - husband's divorce proceeding from the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to the learned Family Court, Thane and the MCA No.355 of 2025 has been filed by the Applicant - wife seeking transfer of her own domestic violence proceeding pending before the learned JMFC, Kalyan to the learned Family Court, Thane.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Kukreja, on instructions of his client, both the MCAs are allowed.

4.1 The proceeding, being Divorce Petition No. A-2990 of 2024 pending before the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai be transferred to the learned Family Court, Thane. 4.2 The proceeding, Domestic Violence Case No. 27 of 2025 pending before the learned JMFC, Kalyan be transferred to the learned Family Court, Thane.

4.3 Both the proceedings i. e. Divorce Petition and Domestic Violence Case be heard by one and the same Judge. (i) Domestic Violence Case No. 27 of 2025 pending before the learned JMFC, Kalyan be transferred to the learned Family Court, Thane within a period of four weeks from today and (ii) the Divorce Petition No. A-2990 of 2024 pending before the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai be transferred to the learned Family Court, Thane within a period of four weeks from today.

Vakalatnama of Mr. Kukreja i/b. Ms. Gangurde, learned Counsel for the Respondent and Ms. Gangurde, learned Counsel for the Respondent be accepted by the Registry of this Court in both the proceedings.
