DATE : 1 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Gadekar, learned advocate appearing for the applicant-husband has handed over a cheque of Rs.8,50,000/- to Dr.Pawaskar, learned advocate appearing for the respondent-wife towards the arrears of the maintenance, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.

2) The said cheque is accepted by Dr.Pawaskar on behalf of his client. The said cheque can be deposited in the joint bank account of the respondent-wife with her daughter.

3) So also, it is agreed between the parties that the applicant-husband would meet his daughter on 4 October, 2025 at

The applicanthusband can spend atleast minimum three hours with his daughter. 4) Let the matter to come up on board on 9 October, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. under the caption 'For Compliance'. 5) The parties are permitted to attend the court proceedings through Video Conferencing.
