DATE : 21 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr.Somawanshi, learned advocate holding for advocate Mr.Dhananjay Bhosale appears in the present proceeding. Office remark shows that the advocate appearing for the applicant has not bothered to file affidavit of service.

2) On 8 October, 2025, following order was passed in the present proceeding :- 1) Though by an order dated 19 September, 2025, notice was issued to the respondent and the applicant was also permitted to serve the respondent by private service, however, the advocate for the applicant has not bothered to serve the respondent by private service and has not supplied copies to the Registry in order to effect service on the respondent. 2) Ad-interim relief was granted by an order dated 19 September, 2025.

4) Learned advocate for the applicant to supply copy of the Miscellaneous Civil Application to the Registry within one week. It is made clear that if the copy is not supplied to the Registry within stipulated period, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application to stand dismissed without further reference to Court.

5) Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, to continue till the next date of the hearing.

3) At this stage, Mr.Somawanshi submits that on checking his file, it appears to him that the advocate for the applicant has sent a copy of the present Miscellaneous Civil Application by private notice to the respondent and the same has returned back with remark 'unclaimed'. However, the advocate for the applicant was not able to file affidavit of service. He submits that Mr.Bhosale told him a harsh order was passed by this Court.

4) Stand over to 5 December, 2025.
