Mr. Karande, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions of his client give consent to allow present Misc. Civil Application.

The Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The proceedings of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 2268 of 2024 pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune, be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane, within a period of four weeks from today.

The respondent is permitted to attend the proceeding before

Diksha Rane 12 MCA 3612025.doc the Family Court, Jalgaon, through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

On the submissions being made by learned counsel for both sides, the dispute between the parties is referred to the Mediation Centre, District Court at Thane. If such representation is made by the parties, a trained Mediator should be appointed to resolve the dispute between the parties.
