Mr.Upadhyay, learned advocate appears on behalf of the applicant, wife of the respondent submits that the applicant is working in Pune City and is staying at Pune alongwith 12 years old daughter. Her daughter is studying in school at Pune. According to him, the respondent-husband has filed divorce proceeding at Family Court at Nanded which is around 441 kms from Pune. Therefore, it will be
KVM 2/2 59 - MCA 363 OF 2025.doc inconvenient for the applicant-wife to attend the court proceeding in Nanded Family Court, and to travel from Pune to Nanded which is around 441 kms and to travel back the same distance of 441 kms on the same day. Therefore, it will be convenient for the applicant if the proceedings are transferred from Pune to Nanded. 2) At the request of learned advocate for the respondent, stand over to 18 November, 2025.
