By the present transfer Application, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the Respondent - husband before the Family Court, Nanded to the Family Court, Pune.

After the matter was argued for some time, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, from his client submits that his client has no objection, if the divorce proceeding filed by the Respondent - husband is transferred from the Family Court, Nanded to the Family Court, Pune.

902. MCA 363-2025.doc Respondent, on instructions, from his client, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

The Respondent is directed to attend the Court proceedings before the Family Court, Pune through VC mode. However, learned Judge, Family Court, Pune is of the view that the Respondent should attend the Court proceedings on a particular date physically then he will have to attend the Court proceeding physically.
