2) It is the case of the applicant that two suits have been filed by the parties inter se between them. Both the suits were filed in High Court. However, one suit got transferred to the City Civil Court, at Mumbai due to change in pecuniary jurisdiction of the City Civil Court.

3) By consent of both the learned Advocates, stand over to 23 September, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'For Directions'.
