Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that since the Respondent was avoiding service of the MCA after an order passed by this Court, they have served learned Counsel for the Respondent. An Affidavit of service to that effect has already been filed. A copy of the said Affidavit is not found in the Application. 2.

Mr. Shanbag, learned Counsel for the Applicant is not able to handover a copy of the Affidavit of service.
