Therefore, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure,1908 has been filed for transfer of the proceedings before Family Court at Nashik. 2) Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 26 September, 2025.

3) Apart from Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent, by all permissible modes of service and file
