This is a transfer petition filed by the wife seeking transfer of the proceedings from Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangamner, Ahilyanagar to learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Pune 4.

It is submitted that there are twin sons born out of the wedlock who are aged 2 years and the Applicant has to take care of two sons. It is further submitted that the Applicant is working as a constable with the Maharashtra Police and the attached to Worli Police Station. It is submitted that the Respondent (Husband) is Sharada

10-MCA-370-2025.doc also staying in Pune and is conducting his business from Pune. It is submitted that the Applicant is working with Maharashtra Police and is deputed at Juvenile home at Mankhurd. She is travelling in every day from Pune to Mankhurd for work purpose. When she is away from home for work purpose, her mother takes care of her twin sons.

Hence, in the meanwhile there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) which read as under. c. During the pendency and final disposal of the present Misc. Civil Application, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the entire proceedings of the Hindu Marriage Petition No.133 of 2025 pending before the Ld. CJSD, Sangamner.
