By the present transfer Application, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of a divorce Petition filed by the Respondent before the learned CJSD, Sangamner, District - Ahilyanagar to the learned CJSD, Pune.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions of his client fairly submits that the aforesaid Application can be allowed. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

The proceedings of the Marriage Petition No. 133 of 2025 pending before the learned CJSD, Sangamner, District - Ahilyanagar be Anand

5.MCA 370-2025.doc transferred to the learned CJSD, Pune within a period of four weeks from today and be heard along with the Marriage Petition No. 6973 of 2025. Both the Petitions be heard by one and the same Judge. The hearing of both the Petitions is hereby expedited. 5.

Mr. Jadhav, learned Counsel for the Respondent is permitted to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the Respondent. Registry is directed to accept the said Vakalatnama.
