By this application, the applicant-wife seeks transfer of divorce petition filed by husband from Family Court, Bandra to Family Court, Nashik.

It is submitted on behalf of wife that the husband has taken custody of the children and has joined services in Bangladesh. He is not paying any maintenance to the applicant-wife, who is a housewife staying with her widowed mother at Nashik.
