After this matter was heard for some time, the present MCA stands disposed of on the following terms.

O R D E R (i) Civil Suit No. 1498 of 2022 (O.S.) pending before the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, Goregaon, Mumbai be transferred to the High Court, Bombay;

(ii) On the request being made by Mr. Thanawala, learned Counsel for the Applicants, the issue of tagging the proceedings, being Civil Suit No. 1498 of 2022 (O.S.), Commercial Suit No. 8 of 2023 (O.S.), Interim Application (L) No. 10573 of 2022 [I.A.No. 6880 of 2025] Anand

19. MCA 375-2025.doc (O.S.) & Suit No. 948 of 2019 (O.S.) together is kept open; (iii) If such an Application is filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for clubbing the aforesaid matters together, the same would be decided on its own merits after hearing both the parties.
