After the matter was argued for some time, learned counsel for the parties submit that this Misc. Civil Application can be disposed of by tagging both the suits i.e. Commercial Suit (L) No. 16384 of 2025 and Commercial Suit No. 288 of 2022.

In view of the above, the Misc. Civil Application is allowed. 3.

Both the suits i.e. Commercial Suit (L) No. 16384 of 2025 and Commercial Suit No. 288 of 2022 be tagged and heard together. 4.

Both the parties are permitted to move an application for deciding the matters expeditiously.
