By the present transfer Application, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the Respondent - husband pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Baramati to the learned Additional District Judge, Rahta, Ahilyanagar.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions of his client has no objection, if the present MCA is allowed and the Respondent is permitted to attend the Court proceeding through VC mode. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in Anand

905. MCA 385-2025.doc terms of prayer clause (b).

3.1 The proceeding, being the Marriage Petition No. 2 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, Baramati be transferred within a period of four weeks to the learned Additional District Judge, Rahta, Ahilyanagar.

3.2 The Respondent - husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the learned Additional District Judge, Rahta, Ahilyanagar through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the Respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person. 3.3.

On the submission made by Mr. Rahate, learned Counsel for the Respondent, the Respondent is permitted to prefer an Application to the learned Additional District Judge, Rahta, Ahilyanagar to examine his witness for evidence purpose through VC mode. If such an Application is preferred by the Respondent, the Applicant - wife to file reply to the said Application and the learned Additional District Judge, Rahta, Ahilyanagar will decide the said issue on its own merits.
