Since none appears for the respondent when the matter is called out, the advocate appearing for the applicant is seeking permission to serve the advocate who represents the respondent before the Family Court at Bandra.

1.1) Permission as sought, is granted.

2) Place the matter on board on 8 December, 2025. 3) In the meantime, till the next date of the hearing, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
