DATE : 4 FEBRUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) The respondent, Mr.Prasad V. Khedekar has appeared in person before this Court. He submits that he does not want to proceed further with the divorce petition filed by him before 5th Family Court at Bandra and he will withdraw the divorce petition on the next date i.e. on 20 February, 2026. Statement is accepted. 2) This Court by its order dated 21 November, 2025 has granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) in the present Miscellaneous Civil Application. Hence, the respondent will not be able to withdraw his divorce petition.

3) Therefore, only for the limited purpose, to permit the

KVM 2/2 29 - MCA 386 OF 2025.doc respondent to withdraw the divorce petition filed before the 5th Family Court, Bandra. Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands vacated till the next date of the hearing.

4) Stand over to 25 February, 2026. Matter to come up under the caption 'For Directions'.
