The Misc. Civil Application was filed seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding from the learned Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, District - Raigad. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the Misc. Civil Application. Leave as prayed for is granted. 4.
