Ms. Mishra, on instructions of the applicants, who are present before the Court, voluntarily without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, agreed that an amount of Rs. 5000/- will be deposited in the bank account of the respondent-wife on 15th day of each month, starting from October 2025 towards maintenance, subject to the respondent - wife complying with the order dated 13 May 2024 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai in M. J. Petition - A - 1102 of 2022.

If an application is preferred for interim maintenance by the respondent - wife in the Domestic Violence proceedings, the same be heard and decided by the Court on merits.

The respondent-wife is permitted to share her new bank account details with the applicant-husband as early as possible. 4.

Only for the purpose of the compliance, stand over to 7 October 2025.
