Hence, she states that an advocate from the High Court, Legal Aid Committee be appointed. 2) Legal Aid Committee of the High Court, Bombay to appoint an advocate from the Panel to appear on behalf of the respondent. Copy of the present proceedings to be given to the said advocate.
