After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the following typographical errors have been corrected in the Judgment dated 4 November 2025.

2.1 In paragraph no.1, line no.6, the words "Fifty Thousand" be deleted and after words "One Crore" following words be added "to Ten Crores".

2.2 In paragraph no.3, in first line, the words "legal heirs" be

2.3 In paragraph no.4, line no.13, the words and figures "30 April 2010" be replaced with the words and figures "6 May 2011". 2.4 In paragraph no.5, the words and figures "thereafter, on 17 August 2010" be replaced with the words and figures "in the meantime, between April 2010 and May 2011".

2.5 In paragraph no.13, the words and figures "dated 17 August 2010" be replaced with "entered into with the applicants, respectively". Similarly, in line no.3, the word "been" be replaced with the word "being".

2.6 In paragraph no.13.1, in line no.4, after the words "specific performance of" the words "their respective" be added and the word "the" before "sale agreement" be deleted.
