DATE : 20 JANUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) By judgment dated 4 November, 2025 the present Miscellaneous Civil Application was allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c).

2) Learned advocate appearing for the applicants submits that on that day, physically the proceedings of Suit No. 529 of 2018 and Suit No. 577 of 2018 were not transferred from the Bombay High Court to the City Civil Court. Learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 admits this situation. However, later these two proceedings were also transferred to the City Civil Court at Bombay. Both the learned advocates submit that the said two proceedings i.e.

KVM 2/2 904 - MCA 396 OF 2025.doc Suit No. 529 of 2018 and Suit No. 577 of 2018 also needs to be brought back to this Court as per the order passed by this Court on 4 November, 2025.

3) The Registrar of the City Civil Court is hereby directed to transfer back the proceedings of Suit No. 529 of 2018 and Suit No. 577 of 2018 as numbered by the Bombay High Court, back to the Bombay High Court.

4) Learned Prothonotary and Senior Master to convey this order to the Registrar of the City Civil Court by e-mail. 5) All parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.)
