Ms. Mullick, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the main contesting party - respondent no.1 has been duly served. So also, respondent nos.2, 3, 4 and 6 have been duly served. As regards respondent no.2, the service packet addressed to respondent no.2 has returned with remark "change in address". 1.1) She submits that on 10 November 2025, when this matter was on board, respondent no.5 along with respondent no.6 and respondent no.3 were present in the Court. Therefore, the services on the respondents is completed except respondent no.2. She submits that she will make an attempt to serve respondent no.2 within a week's time and in the meanwhile, ad-interim relief be granted in

She submits that she is seeking transfer of the proceedings pending before the City Civil Court at Bombay, which has been filed by the respondent no.1 herein and except respondent no.2, all the respondents have been served but the respondents have chosen not to appear in the matter. 2.

Stand over to 27/1/2026 in order to permit the applicant to take further steps to serve respondent no.2.

In the meantime, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (b) till the next date of the hearing. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the City Civil Court, Court Room No.61, Bombay and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.

Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the concerned Court by E-mail.
