DATE : 5 DECEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Learned advocate for the applicant seeks liberty to amend the cause title of the Miscellaneous Civil Application. 1.1) Liberty as prayed, is granted.

1.2) Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

2) After the matter was argued for some time, learned advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, of his client submitted that the present Miscellaneous Civil Application can be allowed.

3) In view of the statement made by the learned advocate appearing for the respondent, on instructions, the present

4) The proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 267 of 2025 pending before the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Vasai be transferred to the Family Court at Pune within a period of four weeks from today.

5) The hearing of the said proceedings is expedited and the parties undertake that they will not seek unnecessary adjournment before the Family Court at Pune.

6) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court at Pune through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
