This transfer Application has been filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of the divorce Petition filed by the Respondent - husband at the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai to the Family Court, Alibaug, Ratnagiri.

After the matter was argued for some time, both the learned Counsel, on instructions from their clients jointly make request that the present Miscellaneous Civil Application can be allowed and the divorce Petition filed by the husband can be heard along with the divorce Petition filed by the wife & the Maintenance Petition filed under Section 144 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
By consent, the following order is passed.

6. MCA 409-2025.doc O R D E R (i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b);
(ii) The proceeding, being Marriage Petition No. A-856 of 2025 be transferred to the Family Court, Alibaug within a period of four weeks from today and be tagged and heard along with the Marriage Petition No. A-49 of 2025 & the Maintenance Petition, being E Petition No. E-35 of 2025;
(iii) All the three proceedings be heard together expeditiously and parties will co-operate with the early hearing of the proceedings and will not take unnecessary adjournments.
