The Respondent has appeared in person. He is Accountant by profession.

After the matter was argued for some time, the Respondent has agreed that the present MCA can be allowed subject to the condition that he may be permitted to attend the Court proceedings through VC mode.

In view of the statement made by the Respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

3.1 The proceeding, being the Marriage Petition No. 974 of 2025 pending before the learned CJSD, Kalyan be transferred to the Family Anand

14. MCA 411-2025.doc Court, Nasik within a period of four weeks from today. 3.2 The hearing of the Marriage Petition No. 974 of 2025 is expedited.

3.3 The Respondent - husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court, Nasik through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the Respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
