DATE : 18 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Office remark shows that the applicant has not taken any steps to supply memo copy of the present Miscellaneous Civil Application to the Registry for effecting service on the respondent, though an order has been passed by this court to issue notice to the respondent.
2) Mr.Tiwari, learned advocate appearing for the applicant seeks two days time to supply copy of the present Miscellaneous Civil Application to the Registry.
3) Returnable date is extended to 9 December, 2025. 4) It is made clear that if within two days, the applicant does

5) Ad-interim relief granted earlier, if any, to continue till the next date of the hearing.
6) It is averred in the Miscellaneous Civil Application that the applicant (wife) is residing at Kolhapur alongwith four years old son and the husband has filed divorce proceeding before the Family Court at Pune. It is inconvenient for the wife to attend the court proceeding at Pune Family Court which is around 250 kms. [RAJESH S. PATIL, J.] 7) Post lunch, Mr. Tanmay Jadhav, learned advocate holding for Advocate Nikhilesh Pote has mentioned this matter.
