By the present transfer Application, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the Respondent before the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court, Kolhapur.

After the matter was argued for some time, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from the Respondent who is present in Court has fairly agreed that the present Application can be allowed as the Applicant - wife is staying along with their four years old son subject to the Respondent may be permitted to attend the Court proceedings through VC mode.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions of the Respondent, who is present in Anand

15. MCA 412-2025.doc Court, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause(b).

3.1 The proceeding, being Petition No. A/33/2025 pending before the Family Court, Pune be transferred to the Family Court, Kolhapur within a period of four weeks from today.

3.2 The hearing of the Petition No. A/33/2025 is hereby expedited. 3.3.

The Respondent - husband is permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court, Kolhapur through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the Respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

3.4 The Respondent is seeking permission to prefer an appropriate Application in order to seek police protection while attending the Court proceeding at Kolhapur. If such Application is preferred, the same would be decided on its own merits, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the observations made in this order. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Anand
