DATE : 18 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) In the present proceeding on 16 October, 2025, none appeared for the applicant. However, this Court issued notice to the respondent and permitted the applicant to serve the respondent by private service.

2) From the office remark it appears that the applicant has not supplied memo copy of the present proceeding to the Registry in order to serve the respondent. Similarly the advocate for the applicant has not bothered to file any affidavit of service to prove that the respondent has been served by private notice. 3) Mr.Kamthe, learned advocate appearing for the applicant request that the returnable date be extended.
