Mr. Karande, learned Counsel for the Applicants submits that this Application was filed on 04.06.2025 and notices were not issued in the present proceeding. He further submits that an Email dated 05.10.2025 sent by one of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 3 was received by Advocate on record for the Applicants which informs that Respondent No. 3 has died and names of the legal heirs and their addresses has been informed in the said Email dated 05.10.2025. 2.

Mr. Karande, learned Counsel for the Applicants has tendered a copy of the draft amendment to bring on record names of the legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 3.
