When the matter was called out, Mr. Rahman, learned Counsel appearing for legal heirs of the deceased Respondent No. 3 informs this Court that an Order was passed by this Court (Coram : S. J. Kathawalla, J.) directing the Court Receiver to complete the construction of the building which was not done by the builder/developer. He further informs that settlement talks are going on amongst old members of the society, new purchaser of the flat and old developer as the condition of the building has become dilapidated now.

The Court Receiver is not present in Court when the matter is called out. It will be necessary to hear the Court Receiver. In order to permit the Court Receiver to attend this proceeding and inform this Court about the status of the building, stand over to 22.12.2025. 3.
