Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have arrived at a settlement and the consent terms to that effect is likely to be filed before the Chief Magistrate Court at Nashik where the domestic violence proceedings are pending. Therefore, both counsel are requesting that the matter can be kept on 16 December 2025.

Both counsel on behalf of the parties made a statement that they will not take any coercive action in any of these proceedings which are pending before the Courts. Statement made by both counsel accepted as a statement made on behalf of the parties.
