DATE : 23 JANUARY, 2026 P.C. :- 1) After this matter was argued for some time, learned advocate appearing for the respondent on instructions of the respondent fairly submits that the respondent has no objection if the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. 2) In view of the statement made by the learned advocate appearing for the respondent, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3) The proceedings of Family Petition No. A - 150 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai be transferred

KVM 2/2 18 - MCA 420 OF 2025.doc within a period of four weeks four weeks from today to the Family Court, Buldhana and to be clubbed and heard together with Petition E - 01 of 2025 alongwith A - 11 of 2025. All three matters to be heard by one and the same Judge.

4) The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the court proceedings before the Family Court, Buldhana through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
