1) Mr. Janardan Madane has appeared on behalf of the respondent. He submitted that the respondent is an Advocate by profession, who is present in the Court. He has tendered undertaking of the respondent dated 13/1/2026. The said undertaking is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification purpose. The statements made in the undertaking are accepted as an undertaking to this Court The scanned copy of the said undertaking is reproduced hereinbelow:-

Diksha Rane 10 MCA 4212025.doc 2) Mr. Madane, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions on his client further undertakes to this Court that henceforth his client would pay monthly maintenance amount as per the order dated 29/3/2025. The said statement made by the respondent is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Mr. Madane further submits that his client does not have objection if the present Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

3) Mr. Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant has disputed the outstanding amount. According to him, total outstanding as of today is Rs.1,70,000/- and by April 2026, the said amount will be increased to Rs.2 lacs. However, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of his client, he is ready to accept the amount paid by the respondent.

4) The respondent is directed to pay the amount as mentioned in the undertaking in paragraph 4 directly in the bank account of the applicant.

5) Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to furnish the details of the bank account of the applicant to learned counsel for the respondent during the course of the day.

6) In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the

7) The proceedings of Marriage Petition No.A-588 of 2024 pending before the Family Court at Belapur, Navi Mumbai be transferred to the Family Court at Satara, within a period of four weeks from today.

8) The hearing of the said Petition is hereby expedited and learned Judge of the Family Court at Satara would make efforts to dispose of the Petition on merits after hearing the parties by end of March 2027.

9) The parties are permitted to attend the proceeding before the Family Court at Satara through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the parties will have to attend the proceedings in person.
