After this matter was argued for some time, learned counsel for the respondent-husband on instructions of his client submits that the respondent-husband has no objection if Misc. Civil Application is allowed and the respondent-husband is allowed to appear in proceedings through video conferencing.

Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

The proceedings of P. A.No.2460 of 2025 pending before the Family Court at Pune is transferred within a period of four weeks from today to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan.

The hearing of the said proceeding is hereby expedited. 5.

The respondent-husband is permitted to attend the Court proceedings before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan, through video conferencing.
