The present proceeding has been filed by the applicant, who is wife of the respondent, seeking transfer of matrimonial petition filed by the respondent, husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangamner, District Ahmednagar to the Family Court at Thane. 2.

Mr. Rahade, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from his client has 'no objection' if the present transfer proceeding is allowed.

Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.1 The proceedings of Matrimonial Proceedings Bearing No.392/2024 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division,

Learned counsel for the parties fairly suggested that the matter can be referred to mediation.
