DATE : 9 DECEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The respondent appeared in person and has given his consent to transfer the proceedings to the Family Court at Thane and also requested that he be allowed to attend the court proceedings through video conferencing.

2) In view of the statement made by the respondent, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed. 3) The Regular Civil Suit No. 28 of 2025 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik be transferred to the Family Court at Thane.

5) The respondent husband is permitted to attend the Court proceedings before the Family Court at Thane through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.
