Heard Mr. Bhatt, learned Counsel for the Applicant. 2.

By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of the proceeding, being Suit No. 1287 of 2020 pending before the Bombay City Civil Court, Dindoshi to be transferred to this Court and to be tagged along with Suit No. 337 of 2015, Testamentary Suit No.198 of 2016 and Testamentary Suit No. 94 of 2015 which are pending before this Court. The present Application has been filed in November, 2024.

Mr. Bhatt, learned Counsel for the Applicant is not able to show me the parties and the prayers sought in all the four proceedings. Hence, the Advocate for the Applicant is directed to produce a chart Anand

21. MCA 429-2025.doc showing the gist of prayers and the names of parties in all four proceedings. If such exercise is not done within a period of one week from today, the Application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
