This Miscellaneous Application has been filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of the Respondent - husband's divorce Petition, being the Marriage Petition No. A/1691 of 2025 filed in the Family Court, Pune to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, wherein the divorce Petition filed by her is pending. 3.

After this matter was argued for some time, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from the Respondent fairly states that the divorce Petition filed by the Respondent - husband can be transferred to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from the Respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 5.

The divorce Petition, being the Marriage Petition No. A/1691 of 2025 pending before the Family Court, Pune be transferred to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai within a period of four weeks from today and be heard along with the Petition No. 2302 of 2025. 6.

Both the Petitions be heard by one and the same Judge after tagging together.

The Respondent - husband is permitted to attend the Court proceedings before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai through VC mode and whenever the learned Judge is of the view that presence of the Respondent is necessary then the Respondent will have to attend the Court proceedings before the Family Court,Bandra, Mumbai physically.

By consent of both the sides, since both the parties are seeking divorce, the hearing of the Petitions is hereby expedited. 9.

Both the parties through their respective Counsel undertake to this Court that they will co-operate with the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai for early hearing of the Petitions and would not seek

unnecessary adjournments.

Both the parties are free to approach the High Court Mediation Centre, Mumbai, along with a copy of this order. If such Application is made before the High Court Mediation Centre, Mumbai, a trained Mediator be appointed in order to resolve the dispute between the parties.

The Mediator to fix the schedule of dates.

12.

The parties, through their respective Counsel assure to extend full co-operation during the mediation.
