DATE : 14 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) By the present proceeding, the applicant, wife of the respondent is seeking transfer of the husband's divorce proceeding filed at Family Court, Belapur to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Satara and to be heard alongwith Marriage Petition No. 183 of 2024 filed by the applicant-wife.
2) It is the case of the applicant that she is residing at Satara at her parents' house with her 7 years old daughter, who is studying in Satara. The applicant is working in a college at Koregaon, Satara on a temporary basis. He submits that it is inconvenient for the applicant to travel from Satara to Belapur to attend the court proceeding. She does not any male person who could accompany her to attend the
KVM 2/2 501 - MCA 435 OF 2025.doc court proceeding at Belapur, as her father is senior citizen and suffers from old age ailments. The distance between Satara and Belapur is around 250 kms.
3) At the request being made by the learned advocate Ms.Bhoring, holding for Advocate Mr.Sagar Jadhav, place the matter on board on 18 November, 2025.
